Site-As building
A bespoke tool that links lines P&IDs with video recordings of the actual equipment on site. The tool is presented as a desktop application with a straightforward, intuitive user interface. The application is provided free-of-charge as part of Synergy's as-building service package.

Synergy Business System
An integrated suite of web-based business applications, which is utilised by Synergy employee across Southeast Asia for all business activities - from project pursuit to execution and closeout - Module of the suit available includes project management, cost estimation, proposal tracking, business development tracking, knowledge base, project references, human resources, wiki, staff directory and timesheets.
Main Feature and Benefit:
- Hierarchically structured database of unit cost information for equipment based on quotations and tools.
- Tracks potential opportunities through the entire sales funnel from lead to award, including a record of all actions completed and automatic action plan generation.
- Automates technical calculations across all disciplines, including functionality for Excel spreadsheet export and data import from commonly used software packages, e.g. HYSYS.
Smart 3D Plant Design
Synergy Smart 3D plant design platform is a set of proprietary custom extensions to 3D design software packages that is used to facilitate the standard design workflow and perform automate 2D drawing production across all major disciplines operating in a single team.
3D Modeling and Design
The 3D design process begins with building and laying out 3D model primitives for the equipment and piping in the plant, based on process P&IDs. The 3D model primitives are then enhanced by adding intelligent links to project documents and drawings, e.g. P&IDs, line lists, Vendor general arrangements, etc.
3D Model Management
Underpinning the data integrity of the model is the Synergy Clash Manager, which stores clashes locally in the 3D model database and allows the real-time update, resolution and approval of clashes.
2D Drawing Production
3D model can be developed and checked through to completion, the system is then configured for 2D drawing production – discipline-specific drawings with custom annotations can then be generated.
