Lengo RAM Study

Client: Withheld

Location: Indonesia

Lengo field is located approximately 60km offshore Tuban, East Java at a water depth of 60m. The field was discovered in 2008 and has up to 100 MMscfd of gas production capacity.

The Client is developing the Lengo field with a minimum facilities wellhead platform connected to an Onshore Receiving and Processing Facility (ORF) via a 65km pipeline.

Synergy's Scope of Work

Synergy conducted the Reliability, Availability and Maintenance (RAM) Study for the field development, covering the production and utility systems identified as essential for production availability of the Lengo facilities.

The RAM study was performed considering different operating modes of the Topside and subsea equipment throughout the Lengo facilities operating life, based on the predicted production profile and operating requirements.

Key Project Archievements

  1.  Developed the RAM model for the facilities considered essential for the production efficiency of the Lengo facilities using MAROS software.
  2. Quantified and ranked the system performance based on critically levels towards production efficiency.
  3. Proposed effective measures to improve production efficiency.
